YW-VRV INDUSTRIES LTD.  was established in April 2000. Theoffice building is located in Nanxiang (LiuXiang Industrial Park), an ancient town with a history of thousands of yearsand profound culture heritage in Shanghai.The major business is the sales of pressure, thermal, flow and material levelinstrumentation and equipment; mechanical, electrical and chemical products;electrical appliances, power distribution, lighting, cable; valve, pipefittings and equipment; safety, fire fighting, communication equipment;imported products and design, installation, service etc.. Shanghai Jingpuinstrument factory (a subsidiary of YW-VRV INDUSTRIES LTD.), specialized in theproduction of pressure, thermal and liquid level meter, was founded in 1998, with150 employees (56 technicians, 6 senior engineers, 28 sales personnel). Anothersubsidiary, Shanghai Yongwei Special Battery Factory (Shanghai Tong Bo ElectricCo., Ltd.), specialized in the production of high-temperature battery, wasfounded in 2008 with 48 employees (6 engineers, 10 sales personnel). Thefactory facilities covers an area of 12,000m² with a constructionarea of 15,000 m². The company owns registered trademarks/brands of Jingpu and Yongwei. In October 2001, we set up YW InternationalIndustrial Co., Ltd. in Canadafor the import and export businesses. In order to provide multiple services toour customers, we invested in Anhui Land Group Co., Ltd. in 2004, and ShanghaiDacheng Instrument Co., Ltd. in 2014.

Our products, with a high reputation in the domestic and overseas markets,are widely used in petroleum, chemical industries, power station, aerospace andmechanical and electrical fields.
